Singleton Oversize is a professional pilot car and escort vehicle service based in Tazewell, Tennessee, owned and operated by Joshua Beau Singleton — a United States veteran with a 100% service-connected disability as verified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
We specialize in the safe, compliant, and efficient transport of oversize and overweight loads. We operate our own fleet of fully equipped trucks and provide lead and rear escort tailored to the specific requirements of your freight and your route.
Being small is the point. There is no dispatch board handing your load to whoever answered last. The person who quotes the run is the person accountable for it, and the equipment on the road is equipment we own and maintain ourselves.

How we work
Compliant to state spec
Our vehicles meet or exceed all state and federal requirements for pilot cars, including those specific to Tennessee TDOT regulations. Certifications are matched to the states your route crosses.
Straight answers on availability
If we can cover your move, we say so. If we cannot, we say that too, early enough for you to find another car — instead of leaving you guessing the morning of the load.
Terms agreed before dispatch
Rates and payment schedule get settled in writing before the truck rolls, so the invoice at the end holds no surprises for either of us.
