We run the eastern half of the country — 37 states from the Texas line to the Atlantic, plus Washington, D.C. Long multi-state moves are routine work here, not a special request.
Where we run
37 states & Washington, D.C.
Home base is Tazewell, Tennessee, which puts us inside a day’s drive of most of the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. From there we run as far as the load needs to go, anywhere east of and including the Texas line.

Compliance
Equipped to state and federal spec
We own and operate all of our own equipment and maintain it for dispatch, not for inspection day. Our vehicles meet or exceed state and federal requirements for pilot cars, including those specific to Tennessee TDOT regulations.
On every escort vehicle
- 360° rotating / strobe amber lighting, visible from 500+ feet
- Bumper and roof mounted OVERSIZE LOAD signage, yellow with black lettering
- 18-inch red / fluorescent orange flags
- Operable two-way electronic communication devices (CB / VHF)
- Height poles when required for high loads
- Stop-and-go paddle, safety orange vest, hard hat, reflective triangles
- Two 5-pound fire extinguishers
Certifications by state
Escort requirements are set state by state, and several states along our routes require a certified or licensed escort driver. State-specific pilot car certifications for our drivers are available on request, matched to the route your load is running.
Tell us the states the permit covers when you request a quote, and we will confirm up front that the driver we dispatch is certified for every one of them.
Insurance
We carry $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit commercial auto liability coverage through Progressive. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request, and we are happy to list your company as an additional certificate holder.

Escort rules change at every state line
Width, height, and length thresholds for when a lead car, a chase car, or a high pole becomes mandatory are different in every state your load crosses.
We check the states
We work the route against each state’s escort thresholds so nothing gets missed at a line.
You get one number
A single quote covering the escort configuration the whole route actually requires.
Escort requirements are ultimately set by the issuing state and the terms of your permit. We will tell you what we know, but the permit governs.
